For those in the local Wake Forest, NC area, I invite you to read more about the next upcoming workshop at Peace in the Forest.
In this class we will explore the scientific understanding of why modern humans hyperventilate, the health effects of hyperventilation and what we can do to reverse the habit of overbreathing, as well as a brief overview of reduced breathing in the ancient wisdom traditions of Taoism and Yoga. We will also enjoy a 15 minute guided meditation together to get a first-hand experience of reduced breathing technique.
